Why this course

Support that makes the next step clearer.

This DBT-informed course is for young people whose feelings can flip fast or become hard to steer. It teaches distress tolerance, emotion regulation, flexible thinking, communication, and repair. It does not diagnose EUPD and does not replace DBT-A, CAMHS, therapy, or crisis support.

For parents and carers

When moods flip fast and relationships become battlegrounds

Look for the pattern, not a label. This course may be a useful fit when several of these moments keep repeating.

You may be seeing

  • Their mood can change sharply after feeling criticised, left out, controlled, or misunderstood
  • They rely on rigid rules or all-or-nothing thinking to feel safe, then become overwhelmed when plans change
  • Anger, impulsive reactions, shutdown, or desperate reassurance-seeking regularly damage relationships
  • Afterwards they feel ashamed, empty, confused, or frightened by how intense it became

Important: These patterns can have many causes. This course does not diagnose EUPD or any other condition, and it is not a substitute for DBT-A, CAMHS, therapy, or urgent support.
