Online, Curious & Safe
A calm, factual digital-safety course about feeds, sexual content, image pressure, grooming and getting help.
Why this course
Support that makes the next step clearer.
For ages 11-15. This non-graphic course explains attention design, pornography myths, sexual-image risks, coercion, grooming signals and exactly what to do when something online becomes unsafe.
For parents and carers
When curiosity, sexual content or online pressure needs calm safety skills
Look for the pattern, not a label. This course may be a useful fit when several of these moments keep repeating.
You may be seeing
- Algorithms, sexual content or private chats are raising questions they cannot comfortably ask
- They are being asked for images, secrecy, money or proof of trust online
- An account's identity or intentions feel uncertain
- They need to know what to do after unwanted content, image sharing, grooming or sextortion
What the young person practises
Important: This course stays conceptual and non-graphic. Suspected grooming, sextortion or sexual-image abuse needs prompt adult and specialist support through CEOP, police or Report Remove as appropriate.
